I have worn the Drew Sneakers before and am replacing a previous pair. I have orthotics that need to fit in and these do the trick. I put in or remove as many insoles as necessary to make them comfortable. The wide width is somewhat hard to come by, but they fit perfectly by ordering the same size as I had before. I was glad to find this sneaker by searching on line at as good a price as possible. The leather breathes and they are well constructed. Without the support of these sneakers and my orthotics I have a lot of hip and lower back pain. I am so glad they are still making these sneakers, just sorry they do not make them in the USA. I prefer to buy our products that are made here in this country giving our people jobs.
